Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service.
Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will be charged 100% of the service value.
